1. Acceptance

By using TypelyAI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Service Description

TypelyAI is an AI-powered keyboard that generates reply suggestions based on screen content. The app requires screen capture permission and an active subscription for full functionality.

3. Subscriptions

TypelyAI offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TypelyAI for harassment, spam, impersonation, or any illegal activity. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is — you are responsible for the messages you send.

5. Intellectual Property

TypelyAI and its content are owned by Bite Technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.

6. Disclaimer

TypelyAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bite Technology is not liable for any damages arising from your use of TypelyAI, including messages sent using AI suggestions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
